Yes, comes with the SCT tunes and super easy to use. Haven’t used this one as it’s sealed in box but have one with my Shelby GT500 and it’s super easy to use.

I have one of these in my vehicle for the whipple and it's super user friendly and the gauges it can show are great for diagnostics, I highly recommend it. GLWS
