I have an October build 2021 and still no update. Been to ford dealer and they tell me it is up to date. No full screen. This really sucks

Give Ford Technology dept a call @ (833) 389-0848 to see what’s going on with your OTA updates.I have an October build 2021 and still no update. Been to ford dealer and they tell me it is up to date. No full screen. This really sucks
I’ve done this twice. As I’ve stated here before they found dozens of faults and complete lack of OTA updates for months (none since delivery) and no full screen Apple CarPlay. Dealer says truck is up to date. I even had the ford tech people from the 1-800 number call the dealer. Still no help.Give Ford Technology dept a call @ (833) 389-0848 to see what’s going on with your OTA updates.
Same issue with my dealer. Going to try another dealer when I get time. I also can't get my dealer to diagnose what I think is an IWE problem. Intermittent problems suck, but are real that don't ever seem to happen when the dealer has it. Went back and forth to the dealer about the muffler issue. They never heard the clicking until there was a TSB issued and then they heard it.I’ve done this twice. Agree with this. If you haven't, print out the steps I documented and demand they show you they attemped to do them. I also used this name at the OTA team, she was helpful and told me to have the dealer call her if they say they can't get your system to update.Twice. Sounds like this is the only dealer around for miles...I mean miles. That's pretty sh!tty on your dealer's part...find another that'll put in the work like what was done for @gdflynn1.
They aren’t paused I just got 4.2.4 yesterday. If I were you I would head over to the gen14 forum and have someone run your VIN to see what’s going on, 9/10 it seems to be a battery state of charge problem. I would 100% recommend to everyone having dealer issues to just go the mongoose / Fdrs route and save yourself the headache and time.So I just called on a 2021 that I recently got which doesn't seem to have gotten any OTA updates in a while. The lady I spoke with said they had been having issues w/ the OTA updates and that many had been paused. She suggested I do a ford pass connect reset through the truck & then make sure the auto updates are turned on.
We shall see.
Been there done that. Battery replaced months ago - still no update. Taking mine to dealer with TSB and contact info mentioned when I contacted them. They aren’t paused I just got 4.2.4 yesterday. Did what? You’ve done FDRS? Or just assumed there was a battery SOC issue? If latter I’m guessing you probably haven’t received any updates since ownership OTA so you’re probably at a place far behind where you are stuck.Been there done that.
