Received the below update this morning. I had just started the truck when the below message popped up. So I turned the truck off & sat through the entire update...roughly 12 mins. Needless to say, I was late for work but wasn’t about to miss this damn update. Truck did some funky stuff as I sat & waited.
Nice and congrats! Mine is back at the dealer as they are in a pissing contest with Ford on the fix

I am pleased to report that my truck finally got the latest updates on the third dealer visit.

Dealer said Ford finally said data was corrupted on the Ford side and their system wasn’t pushing updates to my truck. Without that being addressed, no updates. Said their tech spent the bulk of a day working with Ford on this.

As a bonus, they did the wiper motor recall as well!

Amazingly enough, got another over the air update this afternoon. Stop the madness!

Still no update, even after being at the dealer for 3 weeks. I know my phone software is up to date, as I got the update in my Bronco. Sad boi. hopefully soon.

I have lost hope for my '21. Something is stuck, doubt the dealer will do anything about it. Annoyed for sure.
Have you called the Sync group at Ford? Took two calls by me to Ford and pushing the dealer to finally getting it done. Seems like you have the same issue I did.
