I use Gas Cubby, but I might start using the Car Care app that cups recommended.

I hadn't thought about using an app to track vehicle maintenance but it's a great idea.

Using Excel is a good idea but (no offense), it's so 90's. Seriously, the smart phone is the way of the future (at least until the wearable devices are selling).

I use Car Care as well for iOS. I use it mainly for the gas calculations. It does have reminders for maintenance that you can set as well. Oil changes and tire rotations are built-in by default. You can add others and it can record the GPS position of gas stations that you use and such.

Yes , there is a section in sync my ride, were you can manually place any of your services and what ever else you done, also remember that anything you put in, your ford dealer can also see what was done. So watch what you place on that record, they might try to jerk you with warranty issues, keep any aftermarket mods on separate record, in the case of removing before warranty claim.
