I laugh to keep from crying. I know they've studied some stupid stuff....but uh wut?
One of the congressmen puts out a list of all of the stupid spending. I can't remember who at the moment. It's eye-opening if you read it and it explains more fully what they're studying. Sadly, this one is likely not even in the top ten dumbest studies if you read the list. It's sad what we have allowed to happen to what we were given.
