No, the cooled/heated seats blow cold/heated air.

Forced air from a TED/TEC.

Not on Gen2... they're just a fan

2020 fan "blows" with enough force to push air up though the seating surface perforations. At 50k miles now I suspect not nearly as well as it used to.
