So we ordered 2 2012 white raptors with black hood graphics...the guy we worked with and sold us the trucks just called and said the only thing that has the trucks on hold is the hood graphics...said it may be until December or January before they could get them in with the hood graphics. What should I do? Say order it in now and have the dealership order the graphics and put them on there or wait until end December or january? I guess its a personal opinion but damn I wanted to see it with the graphics and all when it got there.. big disappointment

To recap the only equipment options you CAN get on Raptor are 63E Bed Extender, 63T Tailgate Step, and 43M moonroof. everything else is tried to Graphics or the cameras.

I didn't get the front camera or bed graphics only the rear camera in mirror. So not sure if that applies to me.

I'm increasingly happy that I bought my 2011 molten orange with orange interior with all the options I wanted. I almost waited to see what 2012 had to offer. The pleasure of driving a Raptor delayed--is Raptor driving pleasure denied.

jus saying i was torn with the hood graphics or any graphics a all an decided that you kno what i could have it made for cheaper probably an to my liking some where else an .....it whont cause the delay if thats why they are delaying, there are several reason for the delay i think at this point just giving you options you could always go after market an customize it

Comment from a new owner with hood graphics:
I really wanted the hood graphics. The down side: it's so high above the ground that it isn't very obvious that it's there. No one driving a car will see it. You can barely see it as you walk up to the truck. (I'm 5'11")
From what I know now, I wouldn't wait any longer than one extra week to get the hood graphics.
This past week has been a true thrill.

Hmm. Don't know of a good place that could do after market customization for that type of stuff around here. I'm stumped on what to do now..

Thanks for the reply Deinonychus! Im sure it will be well over a week of delay on the hood graphics though. I mainly wanted it because it stood out well on the white and I've seen the graphics on white at the dealership and it looks killer. Its somewhat a small detail but when paying for a 50k truck it kinda means a lot to me ha.
