I pull into the local gas station to fill up the rig. do the whole pump thing and head inside for my Kraken mixer. (Diet Dr. Pepper FTW)
On my way in a typical Chattanooga outdoorsy/kayaky/hipster guy in his late 20s comes out.
"that's a sweet lil truck you got there." as he gets into is appropriateky outdoorsy/kayaky late model 4Runner.
I say thanks an head in.
I go get my DDP and head to the register. As I am standing in line, I see a 99ish F150 pull up next to my truck and turn his lights off. Now, I have my wife and 3 kids in the truck. I start to get my hackles up a bit, pay, and leave.
I was relieved when I saw that it was just some 17 year old kid looking at the Raptor. As I approached, he said... "I just wanted to hear you start this thing up."
I broke out the remote. <Lock+2x+2x>...
*Barooommmmm*
He said thanks... Cranked up his rig and drove off.
I got in the truck. Wife was like..."what was all that about?".
So should I just get used to this or what?
