SnoBall Preparations?

What it end up running?

$699 installed. I found a slightly lower price but the guy seemed a little shady and wouldn't provide any upfront info on the system, so I went through my local dealer, who outsources it to a local installer.

It has an annual fee as well, thats $52/year.

That's not bad at all. Maybe I'll shop a few of the local Ford dealers to see what they want.

quick opinion question. I'm contemplating grabbing a cover for the truck bed for the snowball.

Does getting one make sense to you? (time and cost are not a factor i have that covered)

I'm just wondering if anyone ran without one and would have preferred to have had one...
or didn't care and the snow wasn't a nuisance.

I have the Roll-x and water got down in it and I could not lock it on the sides. It literally flew off on the highway but luckily my chains mod held it. Put another one in the middle to my air tank.
