Smoke at start up hot

Up date dealer has ordered new valve covers and a new pcv system. Also will pull turbos off and view them as well. If that isn’t it we will be doing a buy back. Dam truck is 5 weeks old and 1100 miles.

You’ve got to be kidding me! How frustrating. Sorry this is happening— My truck is in the same boat with mileage and age.

Did ford offer any reasons this happened, what dates were effected, tsb, etc?

I’m also curious how long your rig will be down?

no they just said they will take care of it.
I traded a 2018 f 250 platinum diesel that had issues and they couldn’t fix and it had 5800 miles and now this. I am a ford guy and have had many new ones. But there quality is starting to **** me off spend this kind of money twice and still issues if this isn’t fixed quickly I will be doing a buy back and will be done with Ford.

sorry for your problems- glad they are not giving you problems- because of your minor mods.

I now have 8,000 miles on mine- really love the truck- I want to do a tune but stories like this hold me back.

Hell they put exhaust on Hahahaha. And they recommend catch can. There is no way I would do a tune. With issues on these trucks and how Ford is quick to say no. I love there trucks but dam this gets old
