I will post up pics when I get home but I have an alternative to this mount if its unavailable. I used two large quick fist rubber mounts to tie mine down to the bed. It stayed put all last weekend in Wisconsin and Michigan.

I got the large quick fist rubber mounts for mine also, I never even bothered mounting it because I knew I wouldn't trust it. That's just me though, I know people do use them without issue.

Its usually only back there on runs
I can always loop my lock cable through it to keep it from walking away.
