Here are a couple pics I have off hand. I know there are a few guys on the forum running these as well.
This is a very common issue guys who really push their trucks run into. Like others have said, a BFH or a pry bar is the best way to get it straightened back out.
We have come up with some reinforcement plates to prevent this kind of damage from happening. They are welded onto the stock lower control arm mounts to double the mount and make it much stronger. This will work with the stock lower control arm bolts or if you have a set of alignment cams, we offer longer Metric bolts as well.

So essentially you are increasing the thickness of the tab which of course requires a longer bolt.
