Small carbon fiber vinyl add-ons

Im sure this has been done before but oh well

Most people choose to color match or color match outline the "Ford" logo in their grill. I plastered mine in carbon fiber vinyl. The lines aren't the cleanest but I did it myself and it only cost me a few bucks. Got the vinyl off eBay. I brought home a disposable scalpel from work(OR nurse)





So I rough cut the shape and then stuck it on and smoothed it out.


Here's the finished "F"


Here's the whole "Ford". Maybe you can't see it the best because of sunlight and camera angle. Lines aren't the super straightest but shit it looks good for a 20 minute/20 bucks job



I had some vinyl left over and decided to do this:

Cut it roughly to shape


Final output. Both sides done.



Here's the mirror reflectors that Big Blue suggested I do. To be honest it looks night and day difference!!! Over all I'm very happy with the work I've done today.

Suggestion: Do the reflector inserts on the sideview mirrors. Only add another 15 minutes of time and minimal material. It will finish out your look.

$50k truck and wavy cuts on the grille decal.....hmmmmm....

Vinyl sign shops can make exact cuts of the ford lettering for the grille. I got mine off ebay last year for about $20 for the grille decal in that exact same cf vinyl, laser cut, perfectly straight lines, for an OEM look on my $50k truck lol
