I have had this same issue. Plugs and wires have been changed. Haven’t done coil packs yet. No known codes.

Seems as though the Gen 1 wants to run hot and fast. I don’t seem to have this issue if I lay on the throttle. It only occurs when I am idling through parking lots or beginning the day of driving.

I would change the upstream O2 sensors(the ones before the catalytic converters). Especially if they are the originals. As they age their response times slow down. This would be more noticable at idle. I change them in my vehicles at 100k miles

They're not too expensive on RockAuto. (there's no Raptor Tax) on them.

Is this when you are barely moving, like a pulsing sensation in the transmission with a frequency maybe 3-4x per second? ? Mine does this too and it feels sort of like a sticky torque converter trying to hook up when being held back by the brakes. Not really sure how to describe this otherwise but it definitely feels like the transmission. I've wondered if this was an issue of concern. Glad to know I'm not the only one.
