hello,

seems the dealership has lost one of the skid plate U bolts and the torx screw when changing the oil filter (oil filter access panel?). I figured they stripped it and could not find a replacement part.

I bought the T40 sized torx screw W505594-S440 but I need the U-bolt but cannot for the life of me find these U-bolts anywhere on the catalogs or the forums

(#12) on this diagram but part number eludes me. Major kudos and much thanks to anyone who might be able to locate this

Any one know the part number for #3 and #5 in the above diagram?

If you follow my link it gives you all the parts associated with "Plate". Just look for the 2 letter and number than from the image and go to the "related parts section". Click the arrow next to it and it will give you a part # and price. Best way to be 100% sure though is to punch in your vin # when searching for parts just in case there is a variant between MY's as my link is for a '19.

If the dealer messed it up make them fix it! My dealer on my first oil change did the same thing. It “came stripped from the factory” is what they told me. Sureeee. They made it even worse and had to cut my entire skid plate off. Therefore they replaced the entire skid plate and screws and even powder coated the frame where it connected since they scratched it up pretty good.

I was going to say the same thing to the OP. If they lost or stripped it, I would leave it up to them to replace. You are a lot more patient then I am...
