This may seem like nitpicking, but the mirrors on the Gen 3 just look like they belong on a smaller car/truck. I would definitely consider swapping for OEM tow mirrors instead.

For whatever reason photos of the Gen3 do not do it justice. I preferred the looks of the Gen2 till I saw my Gen3 in person. Haven't looked at a Gen2 since.

Asked my wife (not a car person) which one looks better, and which one looks newer. She said the white one . She the mentioned it sure looks like the design team worked harder to design in the grille on as opposed to the black one. It would be interesting to get a pole from unbiased non car people to see what they think. When gen2 came out I thought it was the best looking front design of any car in existence. Having seen if for 5 years it is kinda getting old. It’s like having the feeling when you first met gorgeous wife, and looking at the same beauty couple years on. She still looks gorgeous but then again you are used to it, and not appreciate the beauty like you did the first day. To the point that a 5 or 6 might get your attention momentarily more than your 10. And that is how I explain the gen3. It’s different, it’s newer than the old one, and 5 years from now I wish it stayed with the gen2
You don't let your wife read this forum, huh?

is it just me or is the exhaust on the black 21' lower on the passenger side?

I've yet to see one in person, and I'm sure it looks great. As each new gen comes out it seems as though the truck is starting to blend in more and becoming less noticeable as a Raptor, i think the rear applique on the 21' is a downgrade from the gen 2. I mean to us owners we will always be able to spot it, but to a lay person they may not give it a second look. I think (que bias here) the gen1 is still more striking and on first glance anyone will know its different than a regular f150. By no means am I a "hey look at me and what I drive person", as I like all of my rides to be clean. BUT part of the allure of buying the Raptor was to be different and to stand out.

I wont dish out $130K CAD for it, but maybe in 5-6 years when the prices are better

Gen 3 all the way. The only thing I do like more still on the Gen 2 is the rear appliqué and how it tails off on the edges and not so square.. But that is minuscule at best. Front end just looks more grown up now, like the Gen 2 was a little kid and now's he a big boy

Was driving home from picking up a new safe for the house when I spotted this beauty in black! Had to stop for a closer look. That’s the first I’ve seen for myself and not just in pictures…
Xscape theatre? Just looked familiar. Lol

This pretty much sums up my thoughts on the gen3 until I see it and drive one. A lot of imitators and wannabes out there now,so they naturally don't stand out like they once did. I'm sure the gen3 is an overall better truck. Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder:favorites13:

I wish they would have used the same appliqué from the Gen2.
