So, according to him, ADS replacement 3.0 coilover shocks for a G1 Raptor can somehow "dramatically increase" front suspension travel from the factory 11.4" to 13.0".

How? It's either compressing up higher, (and scrubbing the fender), or drooping further, (and risking CV axle death). There's no free lunch.
