Yeah its called the freaking EPA. They will crack you in AZ for $10K for each dust violation. Doubles each additional violation, even if it is from bad weather on days you are not working. They stick it to contractors and developers. I think we should fine Maricopa county everytime a storm comes in for all the dust created on county property.

You can fill a water truck 10 times faster with a tanker than even the best pumps. We have literally sprayed hundreds of millions of gallons of water onsite every year just for dust. What a waste.

The green idiots probably don't like the idea of a pump. They would think it makes more sense to raise the weight of the ENTIRE trailer than to pump up just the water to be used.

Actually, if you had a pump, you would need a Smog permit before you can run it. Same goes with diesel generators.

So the ePA has a problem with dusty roads, so the plan is to use our precious commodity of water to keep the dust down on the desert roads. WTF?
