I hope you don't Offroad too hard, AirAids has the worst design out there. You'll find your air filter falls off in the box. Common problem with that brand. The filter flange is too short and the filter too heavy.

Fine for mall crawling. Go get your money back.

Easy fix, Just put a piece of plywood or similar between the nose of the filter and the air box to fill that gap and keep it tight on the tube

@MajorAR is correct....the filter element tends to come off during offroad use.

There are a couple fixes though, from very simple, like the @TheJoker method to the a little more work, http://www.fordraptorforum.com/f24/airaid-filter-fix-33051/

Either one should fix the issues, Had mine on for 4 years with 1000's of offroad miles with no problems and with the intake tube mod and enlarging the air intake holes in the hood, you are able to gain a little more low end.
