Thanks! I've been googling it and found it in the Urban dictionary but not that.
Urban Dictionary: fef

Abbreviation for Female Ejaculatory Fluid.

1. Aw man! I got fef in my hair.
2. I made her fef twice last night!

hahaha yea im pretty sure thats not what they were trying to say, but yea its mostly an instagram thing, idk why facebook does the same if you cant search hashtags like you do on instagram.
