I had this setup previously on my f150 FX4. It's a very inexpensive option but so far it's been a great setup for the once a year I find a reason to use it.

It's a Rough Country 9500 synthetic rope with their hidden winch mount. People say it won't fit but it bolted up perfectly.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1375277305.351588.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1375277327.883905.jpg

I actually ran this same setup previously on a dodge diesel and my wrangler. Never an issue. Keep in mind I do clean it everytime I wash the truck but I haven't ever had an issue.

Thanks! Good to know I appreciate! Where did you get it or did you DIY it

Lowes - it's the metal screen not the fiberglass, not sure if it matters just didn't know if the fiberglass would deteriorate faster due to heat. Get the small roll, 36 inches wide and trim to fit. On the raptor there are rubber flaps on the sides of radiator between lights and radiator. They are held in by push pin fasteners. Then there is weather stripping along the top of radiator or core support. Just remove this pieces, cut and lay screen across existing holes, reinstall fasteners and your done. I added a zip tie or two in some areas. You could zip tie everything instead I just felt this way is a little cleaner.
