Should I buy these?

I found these weld wheels in Craigslist, I couldn't get the actual pictures to upload so here is what I could find online. They are 17x8 4.5 backspace. I'm thinking about getting them and powder coating or painting them flat black what do y'all think about this?

Ehhhhh, personally I wouldnt put those on a Raptor, but they are different. I guess it depends on what you want, kinda a gamble though. gonna be a big hit or a bigger miss if they work on the rap.
