2010 SCAB, ~113k miles, rolled over (slow speed, rolled over passenger side onto top). From what I can tell only the body was damaged,. It starts and runs fine, the alignment doesn't seem affected. The interior (besides roof, a pillars, headliner and side airbags) seems ok...everything dash wise operates normally etc.

So from what I'm seeing, I'll have to replace the bed & front fenders/hood (seems easy to source from my short time here seeing 2 beds for sale already), and then replacing the cab (the unknown for me...harder to source and I'm sure more involved to replace)...but I have a barn, and time, plus the ability to buy items that could make it easier like a lift etc...

I can buy it back for $5k. Looking for opinions from those that have done a major rebuild, or pulled a cab. I'm worried it SEEMS straightforward, but might be a "nickel & dime" thing that will end up costing more than I'm picturing...

Even if you don't do anything with it you can part it out for a lot more than 5k! Or just let me buy it for 5k! I'll take it off your hands if that will make it easier on you :)

Thanks for the input guys.

It's a 6.2, sorry I forgot that bit of info.

I'll report back tomorrow after I talk more with my agent & clear up a couple details.

Speaking as someone who's rolled a raptor... I'd say buy it if you want to build an offroad only rig. It won't be worth your time unless you can do everything yourself and source the parts. Parts are getting a hell of a lot harder to find these days.

My insurance co sold my truck for about $3,500 and a dealership in South Dakota has had it listed for $9k for a few months with no bites.

Even at fire sale prices...

motor $2000
trans $1000
wheels/tires $500
shocks $500
seats $500
bumper $500
rear end $500
plus every thing else you could sell, frame, side vents, mirror, lights, running boards, misc whatever...

That's giving things away. I'd buy it back and then figure it out.

Id buy it back for 5000. Even if you just fixed it enough for an off road only toy. You cant even buy a good RZR for 5000
