Rebuilding that 6r80 could be as little as $3K for a "carry in" rebuild to $5-6K for an extensive drive-in, drive-out rebuild. If either components (or both) are worn out, I'd look for a " drop out" on eBay, so you can get a replacement engine/trans/transfer case.

I bought my Raptor at roughly 200k miles, one owner as well.

What made me pull the trigger was the owner's service record. I knew every time it got an oil change, a transmission fluid change, tires rotated, coolant flush, diff fluid change, shocks rebuild, you get it. The original owner always kept up with the maintenance.

That on top of a proven engine that is still being used in fleet vehicles with little to no issues.

At 373k miles, there's a high chance the owner put in the work to keep it going that far and didn't half-baked things. Gotta be tons of highway miles. Try to see if you can get more info about the truck's history, or about the owner themselves. To most people, that mileage would scare them away, but there's a reason it made it that far.
