Agreed that the ECU unlock is likely never coming. Super frustrating as it requires essentially accepting that your warranty is gone in order to make it run like it should from the factory.

In speaking with Adam, he’s done the PCM swap to tune the newer Raptors. Tons of experience with Ford and their motors so I’m likely going to see what he can do. Will keep you in the loop if you’re interested. May start a build thread so other DMVers have a reference on local garage too.

I’m almost at 60k miles anyway so warranty isn’t really a concern for me. Was looking into an ECU swap though.

Revolution Automotive in Rosedale Maryland. They work on Mustangs mostly but they have worked on Broncos, Raptors, and Rangers. Adam the owner, is a well known tuner as well. One of the best! He tunes for several of the race teams and I think he tunes the Monster Energy Mustang drift cars. I'm in VA and if there is (performance) work I can't handle myself, I'd go there.
