Hate to say it, but it almost sounds like the newer the trucks are, the worse they are. There are really 0 issues with the first 5.4 2010s. Some 6.2 2010s got the clunk. All 2011+ have the clunk, bedspread issues, parts falling off, leaking lights, leaking sunroofs, and just strange random stuff. I though they are supposed to get better every year?

Also to add ,this was first sold to Palm springs ford/lincoln in Cathedral City.Ca.I'm thinking their pre delivery guy must be F$#@*n blind.

I have sort of the same situation in that, since mine is being shipped to the UK and isn't getting regisgtered in New Jersey where JDM Engineering picked it up for me, I have to have the MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin; no, I don't know why S=Certificate) and mine was manufactured on a Friday as well, BUT when JDM got my truck it had 44 miles on it. So, I called the dealershihp they got it from and asked about it and was TOLD (as in I don't know if i was being lied to or not) that Ford takes every 10th truck out of the line for a quality inspection. IF this is true, then I feel pretty good about it, because then I have less of a chance of shit going wrong once it arrives here in the UK, but then my truck did show up in New Jersey right around the time of Superstorm Sandy, so maybe some cops commandeered it to go save some people.

Hate to say it mrmojoz, but there are a lot of people that come here to vent. If all that was happening to my new truck that I just spent $50k+ on I would be pissed too.
