Ford has tested the the Bronco's and Gen 3's with thousands of logged in miles. I guess I'm one of those folks that don't need to see in person or test drive a vehicle before buying. There's plenty of informative video's on the internet that's helped me with my decision to purchase. I usually keep my vehicles 3 years and trade them in, just about the time they're falling out of warranty. Worse case scenario I might be going to the dealer for a couple recalls, no big deal in my book.
The upside is I'll be the first kid on the block with a New Bronco and Gen 3 Raptor. LOL

that is a pretty sick tandem
Not gonna lie

Sell the Gen 2 ASAP! They are going to start going down in price fast. These people on here that are telling you that you were going to sell it for more than the price of a GEN 3, are living in a make-believe world. I would not pay much for a Gen 2 now, no way! Just watch when the Gen 3 hits the streets, the Gen 2 is going to tank.

Obviously the price will go down, but tanking is unlikely given the generally constrained supply will continue for a while. Ford is going to make very few of the Gen 3 in 2021, because they can't. Slow burn here.

If you can sell and afford to be without a truck for 6-9 months, great time to do it. For anyone who didn't overpay for their trucks, I think they'll be just fine continuing to drive their Gen 2s.
