I did try searching but didn’t find anything great. Anyone have any good/bad experiences with Service Departments in Raleigh NC? I have a 23 37 package and am considering Crossroads Wake Forest, Capital, and Crossroads Apex.

Looking for any recommendations as I am considering having them take a look at the front suspension as something just doesn’t feel right.

Thanks in advance for any experiences.

Hi, did you end up going with any of the service provider options mentioned? If so, were there any positive or negative experiences to share? I'm in Wake Forest NC and close to my first service, Hoping to find a high quality service department as well. I bought the truck from Crossroads Ford Wake Forest and plan to start there.

Don't go to Crossroads in Fuquay or Capital in Lillington. Apex store(back when they were in Cary) were decent, but that's been quite a few years since I've last been there. The Apex quiicklane is where I go for basic tire/oil changes and have been going there for many many years and always happy.

Thanks for the advice, will steer clear of those. After Capital Chevrolet damaged my ZR2 bumper on a warranty headlamp assembly replacement, I'm putting more thought into where to get the Raptor serviced.

I hate to say it, but you're more likely to have a bad experience at most any of the dealer service departments these days. Kind of a roll of the dice. None of them are particularly consistent when it comes to Ford. I'm sure the other domestic dealers are similar, but i haven't owned a GM or Dodge product in a long time. Even the foreign manufacturers are hit or miss.

We recently traded my wife's car for a Toyota after having a heck of a time with Ford corporate and the dealer service department over the course of a 3 year span. over 7 months out of service over a 9 month period and weeks of downtime before that.

good luck and if you have a great experience somewhere, definitely let us other local guys know!
