MadCow, you keep this up and our Bot-E will be looking for a new job :D

That article looks like it was written by Ford's marketing department :)

Hauling Over $30,000: Ford F-150 SVT Raptor
Inside Line says: Two varieties of hauling in 1st and 2nd. Posterior hauling for the winning Raptor and actual hauling for the 2nd-place Ford Super Duty.

You say:

Most trucks haul dirt in the ass; this one hauls ass in the dirt.

The Raptor won hands down because it is the most desirable of the bunch. I want one, and I would bet most people do, too. It just looks angry, and I love it for that.

The enthusiast's truck if there ever was one (yes, better all-around package than an SVT Lightning).

Not sure you can argue with this vehicle. It can rip sand dunes to pieces. I forget about my environmentalism every time I lay eyes on this beast.

If the Raptor doesn't walk away with this one, I'll be shocked. Any car guy who chooses something else should hand in his card.

Hauling your off-roadin', hootin-and-hollerin' butt? The Raptor is the only choice, and a darn good one at that.

Most entertaining way to ditch a body in the middle of the desert.

The Raptor shows that truck guys know how to have fun, too.

If I owned a Raptor I'd build a jump in my driveway so I could get air every day going to work.

SVT Raptor is a gas!!!!

American truck; no bailout money.

Screw the planet! Let's go sideways or airborne!

Hauling Under $30,000: Ford F-150
Inside Line says: You guys like the F-150 more than the general public, much more. It's the best-selling full-size pickup truck forever and ever, but deserves nowhere close to the 50 percent share of the vote you gave it.

You say:

F-150 is tried and true.

Ford does full-size trucks right.

Who's to argue with the No.1 selling truck for the past three decades?

The F-150 is still the workhorse of America.

Attractive truck that can do whatever you need it to. There's a good reason why Ford sells so many F-150s.

Ford's F-150 is still the king of working vehicles.

Ford is coming back in a big way.

Why the F-150? This is America, right?

It's American, has Sync and it looks good.

I'd like to think there's a little bit of the SVT Raptor's soul in the regular F-150.

With all the trouble that Toyota and GM are having, I'll take a Ford F-150.

Ford has the best truck. We had an F-150 as a company truck and we beat that thing up one side and down the other. We overloaded it on a regular basis and it never had a major mechanical breakdown ever after 200,000 miles.

I know Ford will still be around for the next five years still building trucks.
