I received a second email from ford after ordering in November. Confirmed the dealer had no allocation. Does this mean anything? The following is what the email said:
Thanks again for placing your 2022 F-150 Raptor order. While we’ve been busy working to get your new vehicle into production, we’ve run into a few delays.

Sometimes certain features or options can lengthen the time before a vehicle is scheduled for production.

We know there’s a lot of anticipation when it comes to getting into a new vehicle, so we’ll make sure to keep you updated. Once your vehicle is ready to move into the production schedule, you’ll be hearing from us again.

To my knowledge, we have all been getting these emails regardless of production status. My truck is currently being built and I got one as well.

How did you confirm the dealer didnt have an allocation, though? The email stated that the dealer didnt have an allocation?

I still haven't got this email. Don't know if that's a good thing or bad.

If the dealer doesn’t have an allocation, that email is a standard generic email going to anyone who placed an order. Catch all email

This was just spam that went out to everyone with an order (clean/unscheduled) submitted and confirmed... that your dealer took the time to ensure your order had an email associated with it. If you are clean/unscheduled and got an order confirmation, you likely also got one of these emails if your junkmail filter didn't snag it. I have two orders and both of my notifications were in my junkmail folder from last Friday evening after I left work for the day. I didn't see them until Tuesday.
