Here is the non se center stack for comparison.

Basically the Crome on the cup holder and shifter is brushed matt finish. Not all shinny... Same thing with the doors. Speaker covers are different as well.

Boy that is hard to tell the difference in these pictures. At first I was comparing the two and just couldn't tell. How are going about getting the wrinkled seats fixed?

Each little change is marginal but all put together it does give it a different feel when ur sitting in it. As for the wrinkles.... Sigh.... Since its red it will be more noticeable than black. Wrinkles on leather seats have been a loosing battle since they were first made. Im going to try some old school tricks... Hair dryer or hot moist towel. But it will never be perfect.

Im at the dealer now waiting for some work to get done.... I just checked the other raptors and seats are the same... But not as noticeable on black.

Here is another picture of the non SE door.

I should also point out that the SE finish on all aluminum colored trim on the inside.... Doors, around dash, around air vents, around airbag area.... Its all brushed finished mot just grey as on the non SE... Camera does not pick up on this. I will take better pictures and photoshop side by side when i get home.

First that red is exactly the same as the red on the new Limited F 150. It is much darker than the picture represents. As for the wrinkles I suggest you check out a Lamborghini leathers seats. Lots of wrinkles. Cheap leather tends not to wrinkle. Plus all black will not show wrinkles near as much. Frankly I think it looks very sharp.

I agree regarding the wrinkles I'm going to get that fixed. As for the color. Like i said it does not photograph well. Looks very different in person. Over all I'm very happy w it. I checked out the black interior 2014s at the dealer showroom, and i would not change my decision if I could. I have to go up to the dealer today. Ill take some photos of the non SE center stack and post them so we can see whats different.

My Special Edition Package seats are wrinkled as well. :nono:

Well I was comparing it to my current King Ranch leather seats which don't have those types of wrinkles. And I don't have a Lambo as my other car.... :-(

Are the SE seats perforated?

Getting used to the new SE interior from the 2011. Like it was said, all the individual changes are minor but it does feel different. Most people who have seen the new one like the two-tone over the all black interior. But, to each his own.

Also, I notice the center console is closer to the dash than in the 2011. Just me or anyone else notice that?

Some shots of the inside. The red inserts on the seats came out a lot brighter on my camera than how it actually looks. In person its a little darker red possibly it was the camera or the light.... I'm not a photographer. Other than that, everything else is accurate.

Thanks for the shots! Im doing custom leather embroidery for the new SE interior and I needed some shots to match the color and all. I would love to make that center console of yours look sexy. I can do Stitching to match the seat leather then make the Raptor logo Match the ones in the seats.

Happy New Year

My other car is a Lambo! LOL..........my other car is an Explorer! I peeked at a new Bentley Saturday and those seats were as wrinkled as an old womans backside. I expect this is to allow the leather to stretch in various temps and weights on the seat. If the leather were too "tight" it would tend to pull at the stitches. Or perhaps Ford has a contract for leather from more senior cows!
