Scuffs on flares

Anyone have any ideas on what can be used to remove scuffs on the wheel flares?

Is there a way to buff them out?

I have a couple and they aren't deep but noticeable.

When you run your fingernail over them you can't feel them.

I have no clue if this would work on Raptor fender flares, but I have easily removed scratches on ATV plastic with a heat gun. You just need to make sure you do not get the plastic too hot. On ATV plastic, as soon as you see any kind of color change on the plastic indicating that it is getting hot, you remove the heat and amazingly enough the scratches disappear.
