Yes, 5.4 or 6.2. And you could purchase custom tunes from 5 Star or SVC which would be the best way to go.

You would have to check with 5Star or SVC. It will however be much cheaper to buy a tuner for $175 and get custom tunes than buying a new tuner already loaded with the custom tunes.
