So just had the wife drive the truck by me and its coming from the left rear wheel. Iv been having issues with the parking brake light not turning off even though iv released it and iv noticed that the parking brake pedal seems stiffer. Could the drum brake be sticking and has anyone had this issue?

Could actually be the parking brake lining came loose inside the rotor/drum assembly. Pull the brakes apart. Should be apparent at that point.

Mine is doing same thing, ordered new brakes and went to go put them on and one of the parking brake shoes was almost completely worn.

So dealership called and said the e brake cable for the left rear tire is seized. Because there is rust on it they will not cover it under warranty. Anyone have any videos or advice on how to change the e brake cable?

We had a problem with the Super Duty Fords in our Utility company fleet having seized park brake lines, so Im not surprised.
