Pics! Are the scratches on the outside or underneath the film inside? If inside then it would be harder for them to deny it. Either way, it sounds like you don't want to replace the glass for fear of leaking issues. So.... options:
1) prozac
2) trade it
3) learn to live with it as more scratches are inevitable
4) offroad it hard so that it blends in with the pinstriping
Prozac...LOL. The scratches are on the outside surface. The best is try to live with it, but because my Raptor is new and I LOVE it so much, I become very upset whenever I see the scratches. I will take pictures and post them later. Thanks for the inputs!

Scratches on glass can be worked out and polished, just like scratches in paint.
I contacted several car glass repair shops, and they told me scratches cannot be polished here in my country because the do not have the equipment for that. The can fix the glass when it is cracked only. I live in the Gulf area.

Was it a respected tint shop or some small cheap place? I use to tint windows years ago and the only way I know how to scratch the glass is with non stainless steel razorblades. It is posible that they scratched the tint, are you sure its the glass?
Dave
It is respected tint shop. It is the car care shop for Ford dealership here in my area. It is very expensive compared to others. Ford dealership did the tinting before I received my Raptor. I changed the tinting color degree because it was very dark (I might get ticket for that). I guess they scrached the galss when they have redone the tinting (not sure though). The scratches are on the outside surface of the galss (outside the truck). I can feel the scratches with my fingernails. Thanks, Dave!

My Raptor was delivered from factory with scratches in the left rear window. Was factory tint so it was in the glass itself. Ford replaced it of course - all I had to do was wait a week for the factory glass to come in.
Maybe this happened to u but u didn't notice then. Mine was pretty noticeable tho. Like someone keyed the glass or something. Just another possible reason.
Yes, this could be a possible reason. I am not sure. I think a lot about how this did happen. Thanks for the input.

If you have them replaced by a reputable dealer or glass shop, they shouldn't leak.
Hopefully it will not leake. Thanks for the input.

we replace windows quite often. thiefs will break a window to gain access to the vehicle and then proceed to pry the radio out and destroy the dash as well. we have never had an issue with a leaking window. i just did window automation in dynodynge's truck. that required pulling the window and motor out of the front doors. as far as scratches go, a few pocs would be nice. some of the olfa knives can cause scratches in the glass. my guess is that they possibly could have used that window as a cutting surface while tinting the window next to it.
I will post pictures later. I want to replace it, but my brother scared me to the bone about the possibility of leakage because I think he does not want me to replace the glass. And yes, they used these windows as cutting surface. Thanks for the inputs.
