Screw is obviously a lil heavier and should sit well with +3. I have a screw so I tend to speak in regards of a screw (it is the majority)

Scabs is more of a toss up between the +2 / +3 depending on what your looking for.

Why does wsi advise " unless you are jumping your truck hard and often , you done need b stops"?

You need some sort of bump stop IMO. Whether that's the bump stop mounts like what SDHQ sells (Rear Raptor Bump Stop Mounts) or a hydraulic bump stop kit like RPG, SVC, SDHQ, Outlaw, ADD, etc... sell. When you put springs on, you remove the stock bump stop plate and you can bottom out the shock without it.
