Couple of pictures on my RSE baja bumper and rock sliders. Bumper is made of aluminum and weighs approx.15 lbs and also has a winch plate. Rock sliders are also RSE.

I like those, why have I never heard of this company before. I guess I got some internet searching to do. Did you buy from them or one of their dealers.

The company is rock slide engineering. They build lots of bumpers ect. for jeeps and now have stuff for raptors and f150s. Their products are available in aluminum or steel andf is top quality stuff. I bought my items directly from the company.

Does the bumper come with a skid plate and where does it mount to. I will email the company as well, I wonder if they will make it to fit some kind of led light bar. And how well do you think the aluminum bumper will hold up to impacts.

There is no skid plate. The stock skid plate will work with the bumper. I made my own out of 1/4 inch aluminum plate. The bumper mounts with 4 bolts. It will not hold up nearly as weepll to impacts as a steel bumper would You can get the bumper in steel for a lot less money.

I'm glad I stumbled across this thread. I just bought one of there bumpers from a friend and he couldn't remember who made it. Mines aluminum and came with a skid plate that is built amazingly well.

@beadblaster, I am seriously considering this bumper. Could you please post some close up pics of how the lights mount? I would like to mount 4x8.2 inch lights. Not sure if they will clear the valance/grill.

Thanks,
K.

RSE bumper

Kahuna: I used a straight piece of tubing and welded the light tabs to it. The tubing is just bolted to the bumper. My lights are the 8.7 vision X and they just fit onto the flat portion of bumper. Not sure if 4 lights would fit. I will get some pics for you tomorrow.
If you are interested I do have another bumper.Exactly the same as the one on my truck. I would be willing to sell fo 650 plus shipping. I can send you some pictures of it if interested.
