Yea I have seen this video and to be honest I liked it although people that tried the kit didn’t like it.But I am pretty sure RPG will put a great kit.Back in the day (the GEN1 days) there were a handful of guys running the Rogue setup. Rogue has since fell off the map but their old stuff looked to perform pretty well and knowing RPG I'm sure they stepped it up even higher.
If you feel like reading, there is a lot info in this thread

And just because it's still an awesome video. Rogue's cantilever kit in action
Interesting, so I wonder if new bedsides are required or if the extra 4” is droop travel

I’ll just be waiting for someone to install it and go ahead. With it I’d proven good.

You will need to dump the exhaust prior to the rear axle. On one of our test vehicles, we ran it out the side to reduce drone / noise. Can you keep the stock tail pipes? I noticed the shop truck was dumped at the muffler.
I am just in the love with this setup.
But I do not have any experience with cantilever setup. I have asked few people about the cantilever in general and no one have advised me to go with this setup due to shocks sitting horizontally which results other parts on the truck getting the impact and stress before it transfers to the shocks which at the end dose not work right with the trucks front end.
I had a doubt when I heard this and wanted to get some info on this setup before pulling the trigger.
approximate labour cost please?
We quote $1500 for install of Cantilever, Leafs, Bumps and brake lines. This kit is intended for the garage mechanic to be able to install it.
So I had a Rogue set up on my Gen 1. Rogue recommended spring under leafs for all their cantilever kits. But it looks like you all went with spring over leafs. Can you elaborate on this decision?
I carry 600-700 lbs in my rear, so I run HD Deavers. Given that you all went with a spring over leaf, then I shouldn’t have a problem with the weight? I am extremely interested in this for my Gen 2. If we need to, we can talk on the phone. I have already been hounding @Rick@FreedomMotorsports about this set up
@Rednose I don’t know if anyone that never loved their Rogue suspension and how they performed. Rogue nailed it on the design and function of those kits. Rogue went out of business because of money and lack of customer service—it wasn’t because their stuff didn’t perform.
