Everyone from TRR14 has first shot at their number. The way this will work is.

1. Everyone pays and registers for Raptoberfest.
2. TRR14 Participants get assigned their previous number
3. Once they have been assigned their numbers, everyone else will get to choose a number from what's remaining.
