Thanks for the clarification. Sorry I made you repeat yourself. Capitalizing only this time around really helped me understand[emoji106]

I think I'll just use an extra happy sock to wrap the reservoir to soak up the weeping[emoji23]

So I cut a few pieces of the foam but couldn't feel comfortable with it staying out of the fluid so did the sock idea for now. At least it will keep it from spraying over everything.

I ended up having to have my PS rack replaced due to it leaking. After speaking with cory, he said the leaking from the overflow could be due to me using Royal Purple fluid because it doesn't work well with our trucks. It has since been replaced with all Mercon V PS fluid (2012 calls for it) and it seems that the leaking has slowed down. It has only been about 250 on road miles since the replacement. We'll see how it does off road soon.

When I had the RPG one, I was using stock ATF fluid. I am using AMSOIL ATF now and neither made a difference.

I went on the Exo Victorville to Vegas run today. My resivor leaked everywhere out of the overflow tube even with the brand new rack and ford Mercon V fluid. Now I have to clean the whole engine bay with degreaser and back to the drawing board

How had Baja treated your RPG reservoir?

I have the PSS one. The sock idea worked like a charm. I used a small bungee cord to keep it on. I ended up changing the sock every other day. Went through 4 old socks. It kept the engine bay VERY clean from PS fluid.

Did you do the foam idea?
Thought you had a water bottle on the end of the relief hose?
