The problem is the width of the truck now. The places I have gone simply dont have a lift wide enough. 4WP was even going to try to put on a stock set of wheels and tires but cant with the new knuckles. Im starting to call around to big rig places....

That's exactly what I just had to do in Nola. Get away from the West Coast and most shops are like "Der-ta-der". Luckily I found one tho.

Odd that you can't find any racks wide enough.
Here in oil country, they're all wide enough. Finding people competent enough to do an alignment at the uca only after welding the lower mounts solid is the problem.

Took it to a big truck and CAT place... they initially said they would try but then realized they might have to adjust the ucas and backed out.... so still looking

I had a shop go on by the hour to do mine, 7 hours and the came back with half a degree change on camber. You can do a lot with a pair of yardsticks, a tape measure, and a digital angle guage. Hell, I hardly had to move it from where I eyeballed it at.

Great shop. They rebuilt my Trailblazer SS after it should have been totaled and it looked better than new

Not trying to hijack this thread with all my problems.... stopped by there today and they told me they really don't want to do anything (like fiberglass fendors) besides insurance claim collision stuff and oem parts....
