The unit is SOLD. Just to make it clear as I was a bit confused per PM's and similar names. I marked this post at 7:30 as pending. The purchaser spoke for this at 7:18am and the other party committed at 7:27am.
I take selling items seriously and the last thing I need is someone having a problem. I am certain if someone feels cheated the mods could take a look at my pm's and confirm my situation.
