Wouldn’t you just be able to swap over the stock TPMS sensors over to the rotiforms?

Absolutely. The only issue is the factory TPMS upon removal can prove to be somewhat fragile and malfunction once everything is back together. And in some cases you won't know that until everything is buttoned upon and you get an error on the dash that you can't clear. The best way to avoid the chance of that happening is to install new TPMS when switching to a new wheel.
