No but you can ratchet strap one down onto the rack easily. The rack for Raptors is 48" x 52" so you can put just about any size tire up there.

I agree, than ADD comes out and throws a wrench in my thinking. I already have Stealth front and rear bumpers. I'm landing on mounting mine on my Lund canopy, and there set up looks very nice.

I went with a Thule Moab for my ranger, been thinking about adding rails to the raptor for added storage when needed too.
