Good morning all!

Need some help with choosing a good roof mount bracket and mount location for a Gen2 Raptor. Seems to be limited info on roof top applications with light bars.

Anyone here have some ideas or pics to show a good mounting position and hardware to go with.

Much appreciated!

JB

One of the most popular LED light bar setups is the KC M Rack with either the KC 50" C Series LED light bar or the KC Pro6 light bar (pictured here). These racks will also accomodate other brand light bars from Rigid or Baja Designs too.

Evil Fab just posted this picture! This is their all new Baja Designs LP6 overhead mount setup. Pricing not available yet, but it's pretty epic.

Gobi just released images of their new roof rack as well. It's designed to hold 4 pod lights or a 40" light bar.

We're a dealer for all of these and would be happy to help get you setup. Please let us know if we can help!

Are there any roof racks that fits into the roof gutters instead of the main/middle area of the roof? Would make drilling the roof not as big of a negative, since they can be covered up relatively easily if you decide to take the roof rack off.

@Don N The KC M Rack is likely to be the closest to what you're looking for. Still does require drilling but sits/mounts more inside the gutter channels.

Thanks. I'll have to look into those again. I thought they mounted an inch or so before the rail gutters when I looked at pictures, but I'll try looking more closely again.

I went with an evil manufacturing roof mount with 7 BD LP6 lights. Waiting in the mount to finish the install but it should look like this (without the LP9s on the grill).... this one is supposed to work with a KC M rack if I ever decide to do it
