stock tires, but new wheels 0 offset Black Rhino Abrams. I didn't put on flaps until after the new wheels were installed. It barely rubs, but enough to make a noise on full turn. I will trim them a bit some weekend.
Ahh ok, must be a 9.5" wide wheel then. Like you said, a small trim and they should be good to go.

My aftermarket wheels are 9" width and I don't have that issue, with a 0 offset and factory tires, but its close!

Fixed. Very easy to saw. Also installed the rear. Pro tip, just cut the original inserts, don't just pinch and pry put. That took forever, when I just cut them with a strong sissors it took 10 seconds to remove.
