By the time I ordered the parts and oil from two different supply places and shipping to rebuild my old floor jack it was close to $100
so, out with the old and in with the new! 3 1/2 Ton, three and half pumps to full 21" height!!!

While the 3 Ton Hi-Lift jack stands are nice for the rear axle, I need to look for 6 Ton HD SUV/Truck ones for the front and side frame.
I have these coming Wednesday to hold the back of the truck up: http://sunextools.com/index.cfm?s=detail&subcat=120&item=258
I just want something a little more stable when I'm under the truck and not have them in the way
and shaking things around to find all the squeaks, popping and clickityclanging, going on with the Raptor. LOL

Now where talking!!!
I've been wanting these for a long time, I never was able to raise the truck and let the rear axle hang down, safely!
Those 3 Ton jack stands are sort of worthless, anything smaller than 6 Ton is a waste of money, IMO. For a Raptor.

If anyone is interested I got them here: Sunex 1410 10-Ton High Height Pin Type Jack Stands, Pair - Power Tool Stands - Amazon.com

Harbor Freight has some good stuff, the 12 Ton has a max height of 30" so it all depends on where you going to use them.
Best thing to do is jack up your truck and take some measurements that your floor jack will raise your truck to, safely.
To safely support the truck with jack stands is right in front of the front leaf spring bracket, because the truck is at a steep angle and could slide off the frame rails.
The 12 Ton should work for that just fine.
With those 10 Ton things I have, I can place them right under the trailer bar or at the ends of the frame rails,
and have nothing else supporting the truck.

Traction Bars are in!!!

The U-bolts arrived today at 11am started at 11:30am and finished at 5:30pm.
It would have taken sooner but I had to do some modification. I'll explain later.

First, I have to show off these jack stands. LOL

This is a pretty easy install everything is straight forward.
But I did run into a situation that Rogue Racing was unaware of, being that I have a 2010 1/2.
Now we're both unsure, and we know that Ford did change the frame in 2012 and up, so it's something to look out for.
But I have slotted holes where the front bracket gets bolted on the frame and the bolt they have fab up is too small.
Well it's as big as you can make it without cutting into the frame.
So I got creative and made something up and figured out a way to get as big of a piece steel washer in the frame without cutting a bigger hole.

Even though when you step on the gas it is all upward force at this bracket.
But I think with heavy all out off-roading, this could present a problem.
And me being me I need to make this better.

The biggest slotted hole in the frame is right by the cab mounts.
I tied some sewing thread to the washer and greased the crap out of the washer to prevent rusting and pulled it to where it needed to be.

I don't have a picture but I did use two big 12" C-clamps on the springs to keep them from shifting while I installed the bracket and replaced the U-bolts.

I didn't see this until I posted this, but it appears that I do not have the U-bolts tighten correctly!!! Crap
The springs should be separating in the front also I'll redo that after work tomorrow.
You're supposed to re-torque them after some driving anyway.

There is slight contact at full droop with the Fox shock guards, It's just barely touching.

I have been in contact all day with Rogue racing, these issues well be addressed by the time the next kit will go out.
Plus some more items will be added to the kit, like Loctite, grease for the bushings.
That means you HAP
