One last question, and this may help with the whole top hoop issue, how far out from the valance does the bumper sit? I have a garage fitment issue, and can afford about 3"-4" and still fit inside.

From the plastic valence, the bumper protrudes 3" including the pre-runner bar / hoop / bull bar (whatever you want to call it)
