600 is smokin !! hell the cheapest i can find to paint just the flares is 550 !!

I got quoted 400 to paint just the flares, if I add the grille, and the grey on the front and back bumper it goes up to 950. :whymewhyme:

You guys forgot to do the door handles and the ford tailgate emblem standoff thingy. I love the bumpers. I'm going a different route there though. This is the only most recent pic of my truck. Lol. This ******* "artic vortex" thing is kicking my ass and haven't had a second to even drive my raptor. Dead and crashed big rigs all over the place.

Looking at your truck makes me want to white mine out even more. Any thoughts to painting the skid plate black?

That's another thing I wanted to do. I was going to line-x the skid black. And just black out the silver on the rest of the front bumper. I think I'm gonna ditch the bumpers though.

i actually like the handles black, ties into the rest of the black accents...

but I was thinking about painting the skid plate an bumper piece black, but line-x sounds like a better idea.

I painted some of the trim you guys are talking about, along with the flares and door handles. Below is the link to my post. It doesn't show the painted handles. That's in another older thread.

Also, to the OP, be careful when washing the Hostages. I have the same wheel on my 2005 Hummer SUT, and the plastic caps on the end of the spokes tend to pop off....even from normal driving. I've probably gone through roughly 10 in the last two years. There's a plastic ring under the chrome cap that breaks. If you ever lose one, PM me and I can send you a few. I complained to Fuel and they sent me a bunch.

Beautiful truck, btw!!

Did your painter have any issues preparing the fenders and front bumper for paint? I just ordered my '14 in black and plan to have them painted to match the body. I think I am going to need to order new door handles that are smooth since the Raptor ones have texture so that they can be painted. Truck looks great!
