Your best options would be to upgrade to the D-Series or get the Baja Designs lights. The Radiance don't have a very good output, more of that "look". The scenes add a bit more light but you can't pick what pattern you want.

Good to know. If you were me and building you own kit, what would you get specifically? Your website is great, I just don't even know where to start.

You got it. The Radiance feature that amber backlight (or whatever color you choose). Our harness lets you control each pair of lights (so 3 switches control 3 pairs). There is a 4th wire, aka the control wire, which you can connect to a 4th upfitter to turn the back lighting on/off. OR if you wanted, you could wire this into your fuse panel to a circuit that comes on when the truck turns on.

If you run that 4th wire to the fuse block for the marker lights, does that just turn on the amber radiance backlights or does that turn on the white lights as well?

My favorite kit is this one: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/2017-f...ght-kit-w-baja-designs-lights-build-your-kit/

Squadron SAE WC
Squadron SAE WC, Amber
Squadron Pro, Driving/Combo

Otherwise this is a great setup as well: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/2017-ford-raptor-triple-fog-light-kit-w-baja-designs-lights-pro/

I think this is the combo makes sense. I'll be onroad 95% of the time, but I deal with serious fog fairly often. My dilemma is wanting all amber because it looks cooler to me, is that a bad idea?

It's not a BAD idea, not my personal taste. But I have customers who have amber lights on at all times (and I do like the way amber looks). What's nice if IF you don't like the amber, change it. All you have to do is swap out a few lenses and it's cheap to do that. So feel free to go 100% amber knowing for a few bucks you can change it later :)
